Why are there not enough women leaders?

and in others, it’s directly targeted at women, such as how they approach juggling the demands of family and work at the same time.

In Miss Universe 2019's final round, all three finalists were asked the question, 

"What is the most important thing we should be teaching young girls today?" 

Zozibini Tunzi's winning answer was, "The most important thing we should be teaching young girls today is leadership." "Nothing is [as] important as taking up space in society and cementing yourself,"

Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie defines feminism as a man or a woman who says, 

“Yes, there’s a problem with gender as it is today, and we must fix it, we must do better.”
